Return and Warranty

It is our goal to provide our customer 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our products for any reasons, please Contact us having your invoice handy immediately, we will do our best to solve your issue ASAP.

General Return Policy

• 1. Contact us to get a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
• 2. Return the product(s) to us within 15 days and we will refund the full product price (no shipping cost will be refunded).
• 3. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee.

Warranty

We guaranteed the products sold by this website, other than explicitly stated, are brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship.

Under normal use conditions, we warrant as follows:

• 1. During the first ninety (90) days from date of purchase, we will repair or replace the defective products.
• 2. After ninety (90) days and up to one year of purchase, we will, subject to inspection, repair the defective products or replace it with a new or reconditioned unit.
• 3. Cell capacity depletion due to regular use is not covered by our warranty. A battery pack that can still hold eighty percent (80%) of its original capacity after twelve months is considered normal and would thus not be subject to warranty replacement.
• 4. Warranty is void if the battery pack has been improperly charged, installed or misused in any way, or if the label and/or bar coded warranty label has been removed or tampered with.
• 5. The warranty does not extend to the electronic equipment which is used.

Where applicable, all requests for warranty returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.

Notice

• 1. The RMA number should be clearly displayed on the return-shipping label of the package; we will do not accept return-package without RMA number.
• 2. Products must be returned within thirty (30) days of the issuance of the RMA number.
• 3. Enclosed everything originally received, include all components, all manuals and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
• 4. Place the packaged product in a protective outer box, we are not responsible for the products that are damaged due to poor packaging, defaced packaging or lost.
